Planning on eating my heart out

I had a nice, double workout this morning in preparation for tonight's dinner.  Tonight some girlfriends and I are going out to eat our way through my last day as a 31-year old.  I am planning on lots of appetizers, lots of sushi, and lots of dessert.

Now.  Would someone please tell me why every spring I get an itchy rash all over my arms, legs, and chest?  Remember this post about a year and a half ago?

Well, I look similar to that, minus the face (praise the Lord).  Only this seems to be the same rash I get every year as the weather warms.  It's not related to detergents or medications or anything like that.  The only thing I can think of is it's either heat, pollen, or sun related.  Typically the rash lasts for a couple (few?) weeks and then goes away, and usually stays away all summer.  But in the meantime, I'm miserable.

I'm off to look for some natural itch remedies.  Maybe Tea Tree oil?  I hear it cures just about anything.

My aunt gets this every year or rather anytime it starts to get hot. There is actually a dignosis/condition. Similar to heat rash. She takes something for it...I'll find out and let you know!
