Urban Pumpkin Patch

So we planned to take the kids to the pumpkin patch yesterday. Our tradition the past three years has been to go to a local farm and take a hay ride out to the huge pumpkin patch. But. We're on a budget. And since we already went to a friend's farm and had a hay ride a couple weekends ago, we decided we could pass on the tradition for a year.

So. Here are pictures from our "urban pumpkin patch" experience.

Sweet Noah, chillin' in the pumpkins.
Isaiah wasn't quite as thrilled. (Wait - are those pumpkins in a box?)
Yup! We went to WalMart for our pumpkin experience!
Emma and Isaiah, picking out their prized pumpkins in the concrete "patch".
"I like this one!"
The urban Hay Ride.
And for the record, Brian was completely mortified and embarrassed that I brought my camera to WalMart. Yes, I'm that cool.

I just love Isaiah's reaction to being in the box of pumpkins...what fun! That reminds me that I need to go pick some up for us, I won't be carving a pineapple this year!

That's alright Shana!Terry thinks I'm nuts with the camera too. At least we have memories,it doesn't matter how we get them or if people think we're crazy!
