I'm enjoying my time in Seattle, but missing my gym. I haven't been in a pool for a week, and that's not good. I haven't been on a bike in longer than that. But the good news is I've been having some good runs here. Yesterday I ran for 67 minutes. That's the longest duration I've ever run. And there are nothing but hills everywhere, which always leave me in better shape when I get back home.
Since my triathlon a few weeks ago I have been training consistently, but not following a training plan. My next triathlon is only about 11 weeks away so I need to get serious about achieving some new goals. The kids are napping now...maybe I should go find a new training plan!
