I know, I know...It's been forever since I've posted. I have so much to catch up on, but to be honest it's been nice having a break from writing. I had all sorts of goals for this past week, like getting baby shower thank you's written (I'm so embarrassed) and adoption announcements sent out...not to mention getting back up to speed with my job at church. Well...I got mostly caught up at church...but that's about it. I guess there's always next week.
I promise I will be posting this week and updating everyone on goings-on around here. But quickly I wanted to say that my surgery went well, and I am healing well. I also want to say THANK YOU to all our amazing friends and family who brought us meals and took care of our kids so I could heal and Brian could work. I was a little upset about having others take care of Isaiah so soon, but we were so blessed to have people who would watch him at our house in his familiar surroundings, and even bring him to me in bed to give him bottles. We are so blessed.

Hi...I found your blog today and have read through most of it already...to say you're an inspiration is an understatement...and to be as upbeat as you are with all the difficult things you've gone through in the past year is a testament to your faith.
