"Room Time" Creation

Emma spends some alone time in her room every day, called "room time". This is a great way for her to learn to play alone, as well as a nice break for mom, too. Sometimes Emma gets pretty creative while she's in there, and I can almost always hear her talking on her "phone" (actually a wooden chicken drumstick) or preparing a meal in her play kitchen for her stuffed animals.

Today was one of those "creative" days. Take a look at what I just found on her chair. Not a bad balancing act for a two year old, eh?
