Emma's new room

Well, we are mostly done with Emma's new room, other than a few wall accessories that still need to go up. Grandpa and Grandma Aitkins were here over the weekend, and so we decided it would be a good time for Emma to "graduate" to her new room. She was so excited to be a "big girl" and sleep in her new bed - and she did great! She slept through the whole night with no problems, and stayed in bed until we got her in the morning. She even took her afternoon nap in there yesterday (she opted for the crib for the previous day's nap). I have to admit, the first night was a little hard for me and I had to hold myself back from running in and sweeping up my "baby" and putting her back in her crib. I guess we will just have to make a point of having more cuddle times during the day. My baby is growing up too fast!
