WA DC, part 2

The last part of our trip was back up in Washington DC, as that's where our flight home was leaving from. Since we had such crummy weather the week before when we were in DC we decided to head up a day early and spend some time in the city with decent weather.

We had a fabulous day touring Arlington Cemetery, walking around Georgetown, walking around all the memorials and monuments, and more walking. We couldn't have asked for better weather or better cooperation from the kids. It was a great day! Not to mention, when we got to our hotel we found out we had been upgraded from a small, smoky room to a fabulous suite! What a way to end a fabulous vacation.

Great pictures Shana- wish I could have seen all the historical sites that you visited but at least your family did.
Loved being back there in Virginia the same time as you for Todd's celebration.
