NO walking breaks!
When I got home I was sweaty, tired, out of breath, dry/swollen throat, but actually feeling pretty good overall. No desire to barf! That's an improvement! And that's BY FAR the farthest I've ever run without taking a walking break. Previous record was a few days ago at 1.75 miles.
I feel like I will be hitting my goal of being able to run 5k really soon, but now I need to work on improving my speed. My goal is 5k in under 30 minutes.
