TWO DAYS!!!

In LESS than TWO days we will be well on our journey to Ethiopia! We are so excited! I am even excited that the two little kids are coming with us. I know it will be hard to travel with them, but I think the benefit of having them there - being a family of five, will be worth it.

Our carry-on bags are packed and lined up by the front door. Our office is finally put together and organized, and Benjamin's room is finished, minus the beanbag chair and poster that still have yet to arrive. I have clothes laid out for three out of the five of us, and should be able to have our suitcases packed by tonight. Brian will spend most of the evening in the yard tonight, trying to salvage our much-neglected lawn and shrubs. Tomorrow should be freed up for just final house-cleaning and a little quality family time.

As I read the above paragraph I am aware that it makes me look like I am put together, organized and totally on top of things. And since my camera is already packed, you will never know otherwise. :)
