Merry Christmas, everyone!
We are so excited to get to celebrate the birth of our blessed Saviour with family and friends. We are sad that we can't be with all our family today, but we know we will see everyone soon.
Our tree has an obscene amount of gifts under it - and those are just our gifts. Grandparents and friends haven't arrived yet with theirs. Oh boy...as fun as this is, I just hope we don't have a repeat of last year where it took until almost 10 PM to open all our gifts. ;)
And, finally, it is 9:20 AM and Brian and I are pacing while Emma sleeps like a log. She almost NEVER sleeps this late - especially on the days when I really wish she would. Oh well, I guess we should enjoy this, as it's probably the last year we will make it past 6:30 AM without kids begging us to go open presents.
