I have sent off about 1/2 of the paperwork needed for the home study to the Youth Ranch, along with our first payment of $50. The remaining $850 will be due at our first interview, once all of our paperwork has been completed. I also mailed a form to Blue Cross on which they will confirm that our adopted child will be eligible for health insurance.
